Barack Obama as a good speaker of English:
In my opinion Mr. Obama is a good speaker of English. Firstly, he has an appropriate tone of voice. Secondly, he is able to use his body language effectively. Thirdly, his gestures and mimics are appropriate. Fourthly, his speech is clear and he is able to address to the listener directly. His word choices are so impressive and touchy. Finally, he is able to affect the audiences with his friendly manner.
