Assigned Reading Reflection (Lesson Planning/Nov.3/Week11)

This week H.D Brown book discuss about Techniques and Materials,Technology in the Classroom and Initiating Interaction in the Classroom. Among Mechanical, meaningful and communicative drills I like the communicative one quite useful because it could be very useful as a current technique the other two seems old fashioned but still could be use in some context if needed. After this there are 38 teaching techniques which is so useful. To me a teacher should always renew himself and follow the academic works in the field because each day a new technique is find out and if you do not follow developments you could be so ignorant about the new techniques. In the last decade the technological developments are really amazing following all these improvements and applying the appropriate ones and not standing behind the current developments should be one of the most significant due of teachers.
