NESTs and NNESTs
In terms of NESTs & NNESTs discussion, it is clear that both of them have advantageous and disadvantageous as it is emphasized in the apple book “it is becoming a generally accepted view that outstanding teachers cannot be squeezed into any pigeonhole: all outstanding teachers are ideal in their own ways, and such are different from each other.”
Feedback
In my point of view feedback is always useful for everyone. Since it is a kind of mirror for both instructors and students I am planning to apply feedback surveys in my classes, too.

I have very mixed feelings about pre packaged teaching material like CASAS. I appreciate the research that goes in to those programs, but it is possible to lead to a very uncreative classroom environment. I had to teach from a script for the reading class I taught last year, but there was some unspoken acceptance among the teachers and administrators that the script could be adapted to meet the needs of the teacher and student. I though of it as a helpful template for my teaching
